We expect high performances from Premier League clubs, as well as poor clubs, next season. Chelsea will make up for their blunders and dropped points this season; they have a new manager who is capable of rejuvenating the club; let us give him a chance like everyone else has. The blues chances of overtaking elite clubs like the cityzens, reds, or red devils are very slim but I'm convinced they will do better than the gunners, who are inconsistent in league games. We are not sure how the Chelsea team will play next season. Even after the Chelsea management sacked Tuchel, many thought that maybe this time Chelsea's performance was going to improve. But we don't see anything like that. Chelsea's performance further deteriorated. The team cannot play well. Coach Poch is quite experienced. And he must plan for the long term. He needs to build a stable squad that can support the Chelsea team for a long time. I would say Poch should build the team with young players.

A squad may need some time to adjust and settle in after changing coaches. Indeed, the team resurgence may benefit from Coach Pochettino expertise and long term outlook. A precise balance of youth and experience is necessary to create a stable team that can perform consistently. Young players can add energy and potential but it is also critical to have a core of seasoned experts who can mentor and guide these kids. Chelsea has the ability to rediscover their form and lay a solid foundation for the future under Pochettino leadership with the correct combination of talent strategy and patience.
