Yes, maybe Chelsea can make a surprise next season, I think they might have the chance to be in 3rd or 4th place because the new Chelsea coach is very experienced in premier league. But to win this league, I doubt it. Because we still have Manchester City which has a higher chance at there, they are unstoppable in last season and maybe they can do it again next.
