Everything was going smoothly for the London club until England seized Abramovich's properties just because of the war between Russia and Ukraine, he was Russian and forced him to sell the club. Splitting the entire blues board is where the whole Chelsea problem began, with poor management and mediocre coaches. Don't get me wrong: Thomas Tuchel was one of the excellent trainers who pushed the Blues to triumph. Chelsea's manager, Thomas Tuchel, was fired because the team was losing points in league games. Todd Boehly lacked patience because he was new to the system and didn't seek inquiries before making hasty conclusions. Chelsea has continued to suffer in league games, but I am confident that they will begin to improve, watch out their peak next season, everything happening is just a matter of time.
You were right about the initial issue and I agree about some of the sound reasons about Tuchel. Chelsea and their new owners were so hasty in their decision making they didn't even want to try to give Tuchel a chance to improve his squad. Tuchel had to be sacked because of the decline in Chelsea's form, but then it got worse with the next two coaches.
Chelsea can improve again next season if Pochettino manages to find the best solution for his team. The quality of the players Chelsea have is good enough, but the problem is that Pochettino may need to adjust his strategy with the team. There are a few pre-season games which will be a good opportunity to see how Chelsea are progressing, so it will be interesting to see how they do next season.
