I think Mourinho is going to be very likely to leave the team now. He seems ready for an offer from PSG already as it has been on the news for a long time.
I don't read any news with information that Mourinho told Roma that he is in deal with PSG and want to leave the club. Around the UEFA Europa League final match, Mourinho said that he has nothing to hide and he was not in contact with any club. If he has such conversation, he will let Roma know like what he did in January this year, after World Cup 2022.
I have read this news on Goal.com and you can check it as well if you would like. He says like he will make Roma board informed about a probable offer when it comes. But of course he isn't like he is targeting to leave the team no matter what. He just leaves the door open for sensible offers from big teams like PSG. You know PSG have also been linked with him for a while on some news sources. But all these news started to make me think about the possibility of him joining PSG forces.
Of course there is no guarantee like he will win so many titles when he arrives at PSG. But technically it is a bigger probability compared to Roma. Because things don't work very well so far with Roma as this is another season without a Champions League ticket or a title.
