Yes, forums have a lot of rules, and that is why newbies are not expected to rush learning forum rules because they may miss some parts when they are rushing to it all at once, Learning about forum rules is a gradual process; it is not something you need to rush to do because it is what will guide you when you first enter the forum and how it operates.
I want to ask a little, is there any limit for a newbie to comment? Can a newbie create a new thread?. Sorry, I don't see any of those rules, I'm afraid it violates the rule
There are no restrictions on the number of threads or comments you can make, so you can make as many as you want. But my advice to newbies is to spend much more time learning than creating threads that may be spam in the forum because many of the threads that newbies are creating now are days are just repetitions of thread that have been made before.
