The only one who can solve your problem is yourself but it doesn't just take overnight to get over with it, you need patience to yourself as well. I think you need a financial advisor if you still can't solve your problem, don't keep it all to yoursel, the thing with those who has problems is that they know it but they aren't seeking help to anyone especially an expert.
