@EarnOnVictor if Juventus were not guilty they would have fought it but instead they accepted the punishment which shows their guilt hence now there’s no point in crying over spilled milk. Furthermore they should now focus on the upcoming season and start planning well for it otherwise we’ll see them drop out of the title race very soon like we witnessed in the previous season.
I think they did try to defend themselves and that is why it was advanced to a higher court. But what I think still is a problem is the fact that this was the Italien court that made a judgment, but Juventus could still be facing penalties from the UEFA if I understood all the circumstances of this case correctly. I think if there is anything else to come for Juventus, it should happen soon because it isn't helpful for anyone, not the fans and not the clubs, if those judgments can happen way in the future. So for now it is still up to the UEFA to also sanction Juventus. Let me know if there has been any update I overlooked.
