@devans the sheer amount of patience you had to summon to respond to baseless accusations from someone who hasn't even spent five minutes of his life figuring out how provably fair system works is admirable.

At some point, we grow in maturity to the level that we take everything and react to them adequately as possible regardless of who is coming from and why, as a manager or sale representative this is one skill you need to develop to suicide in real life because as you meet people you discover differences in character and behaviour but for you personal well being you have to relate and react to them accurately and professionally.
Very well spoken brother, the ability to comfortably relate to everyone in a calm and cool headed way is indeed a great skill and one that if well, nurtured and cared for, could make its bearer a king amongst men.
The op is indeed gift with such a quality, and I as well admire his level of patience, he is the type that does really well in jobs like customer care representative, or a P.A to a CEO of some big business or company, I will advice him to just keep it up, it is actually a good thing to always respond to customers, or potential customers, no matter how baseless their enquiry or argument appear to be.
