If you thought UAE was a strong enough team to face a team like West Indies, then you are mistaken. If they play against another associate country then you can expect them to score above 200 runs and win matches but not against full member teams.
West Indies is also having a fairly young team and yet UAE is not able to compete against them which shows their level.
The experience both the teams hold is completely different. UAE were 142/3 and finally it was 184 runs. The scoring rate is good, but they weren't good at standing wickets. West Indies didn't reach the target easily, it too struggled. If the target were something around 250 runs surely UAE might've won the match, because chasing 184 runs West Indies have lost 6 wickets.
