This is the reason why @OP is seeking an advice from the knowledgeable member of the forum. @OP don't want to waste his time lurking around the forum reading unnecessary post to his goal. He wanted to offer a lending service so obviously he would not read Bitcoin discussion or how to make quality post. All he need is just the forum rule, lending rule which can be find in this forum board:
