I think Barcelona has thought about this because they got tickets to the champions league which is putting pressure on Barcelona to get transfers of new players who can give good performance for Barcelona. if compared with last year I think Barcelona has not had any changes and it's still the same it's just that they haven't been able to find a replacement for Messi who was once a leading player at Barcelona.
Barcelona could learn from the result in UCL this season. Barcelona could do nothing in the UCL. Barcelona's level is still far to be able to compete in UCL right now. There must be so many adjustments being made by barcelona in the defensive lines especially. It's caused by barcelona was losing in the group stage of UCL due to the weak defensive line. It has become the main factor that must be solved by barcelona as soon as possible.
I saw that if xavi will be buying gundogan and some players in summer transfer season. it will help to improve the performance from the team. The attacking line is good but it seems not enough to compete in UCL.
Xavi needs to focus rebuild the team again. I think that if xavi must think to buy some good defenders as preparation for the upcoming season. The current defensive line is not strong enough.
Gundogan was good but barcelona really needs defender at this moment.
