It's true, extra efforts are always needed at every step, especially when it comes to work and business. Sometimes we feel that we have maximized, but the efforts we expend are not comparable to other people who are engaged in the same field. This is what will make the difference in the results. Efforts cover many things, starting from equipping ourselves with more knowledge, managing ourselves, developing our own abilities to create much better strategies and processes to achieve the goals we are targeting, and preparing ourselves mentally to be ready in any condition to keep fighting.

However, what we see in some of these conditions, related to some members, is that sometimes there are those who have not been able to do extra efforts and do the right things and according to what is in this forum to achieve the expected results. But they always expect more. This is the basic mistake.
