Competing in EPL has become very good challenge for him. he will remain in city until his contract end. Why leave if he can still win 1 or even 2 more treble winners? Haaland is also committing with guardiola to stay even longer in manchester city as well. Guardiola already in the most competitive league. Any year in EPL gonna be a huge challange for him.
I don't see any reason for Guardiola to leave Manchester City after winning the Champions League.
