Yea definitely spiraled out of control quick for him which sucks because he does or has done some good detective work in the past.

Hopefully he learns from this and does better in the future.

It´s good to catch scammers and make the forum scamming free. But if you gonna do that you should have at least right in 99 of 100 cases (and the case you wrong you should admit it and apologize)
If you accusing just 5 wrong out of 100 that its way to much and if you can´t even say sorry i was wrong, you are in wrong business.
For me it looks like he chasing merit more then scammers and a clap on the shoulder.
