According to a news source Newcastle are interested in a loan deal for Harry Maguire. But the source looks like The Sun so I don't think this rumour would be reliable at all.  Grin  Actually there was a more serious rumour linking Tottenham with Maguire on Transfermarkt website a few days ago. But the probability of a transfer is decreasing day by day.

Honestly it would be really great for Manchester United if they get rid of him as soon as possible. On loan or permanent deal they wouldn't have to pay his salary or most of it at least. Because he is really no use for Manchester United. He will stay as a rotation player and he won't be a credible player when ten Hag has no choice other than putting him in the lineup.
I feel sorry for Harry Maguire, he is a player who could be included in the England national team squad at the 2022 World Cup, but was so disliked by Man United fans because of his performances that several times put Man United in danger and failed, maybe Man United is not the right place and suitable for his career, maybe he should find another club, but whether Newcastle are interested in him is a truth, because being at a club that is developing, of course, the pressure will be even stronger unless he goes to Newcastle, he will only be a bench player, but of course, it will be even more difficult because rarely playing, it will be difficult for him to be compact with other players at his new club later, but you know the rumors that are circulating are that he is determined to stay, don't know the reason maybe he hopes to correct his mistakes by performing better later at Man United.

The pressure won't be higher at Newcastle. I think Maguire has gone through a period of time that got as hard as it could. I don't see any reason why it would be even harder at Newcastle because they are developing. In fact in such a club there would be more mistakes allowed than in a club that wants to win the Premier League and Champions League tomorrow. Those are the clubs where you can't afford any mistakes at all. But it isn't that much about the club I think, it is about his mental strength and getting back to a level where he can trust himself and play with the confidence he used to have. At the moment fear is an issue for him as he knows that with every touch of the ball he could screw it up again even if it's no big mistake because everybody is watching him.
