Bad is to use VPN but the worst is to use VPN and at the same time trying to cheat the casino one way or the other it will lead to an immediate ban since you are already committing double offences, there is no doubt that some casinos may look away from the use of VPN even though is mentioned in their TOS that VPN usage is not allowed but then casino are looking for money after all because VPN usage has nothing to affect the casino unless for regulators who restrict the casino access in their jurisdiction.
Casino's may play wisely and in most cases they are cleverer than we think. If a casino has prohibited the use of VPN and you continue the use of VPN, they may ignore you and let you play on their casino. They know for sure that you are using the VPN through the change of IPs, however, they remain silent until one day when you deposit big amount or won big amount and all of sudden they block your account on the violation of their terms and condition regarding VPN.
So never think that casinos do not know that you are using VPN, they might be silent for this day when you have big funds in your wallet
