Re: UEFA Europa League 2022/23 Season

In the 2022/23 season, Manchester City won the UEFA Champions League trophy and Sevilla won the UEFA Europa League. A team from the English Premier League over La Liga but sadly no team from the Italian league could win a major tournament this season.
Although three different teams from the Italian club qualified as finalists in three different tournaments, unfortunately none of the three teams managed to win the trophy.
Fiorentina, Roma, and Inter Milan all performed well in the finals, but luck was not in favor of any team, so these three teams eventually exited the season as runners-up.

All Serie A team failed in this season, they have three teams in the final stage but failed become the champion and lately Inter Milan as last team can't winning Champion League. I think for Europe League regarding has Sevilla as teams participants always favorite become the champion although in semifinal has two Serie A teams but they can't stop Sevilla become the winner. Sad ending for Serie A team after dominance in final stage from conference league, eruope league until champion league level but none of three Serie A teams can winning tittle yet. Next season have try again and Serie A teams not only as finalist participants but also they have win tittle between Conference League, Europe League or Champion League.

This achievement of the Seville team was very typical. Because the performance of this team in every match seemed like they will secure the Europa League title this time. If Sevilla manage to add some players next season then this team will have great potential in the Europa League as well as do well in La Liga.

It may be a little wrong to say that the 3 Italian teams that made it to the final were unsuccessful. Italian football was a league that reached the finals in all 3 cups this year. This is a great success. Also, no one expected this. Yesterday Inter lost 1-0 but they resisted well against the best team of this year. Fiorentina and Roma also eliminated strong teams to the finals. I would like one of these 3 teams to win the cup because Italian football needed an award this year. I am not sure if they will be able to show their success next year. However, this year, I found these 3 teams successful even though they did not win a cup.

Serie A teams have played quite well. But they were not strong enough. If we compare Inter Milan with Manchester City, undoubtedly City's squad was much stronger and more stable. Roma played against Sevilla. The Roman squad was also not very strong. Due to Mourinho's excellent match strategy, the Roma team was able to qualify for the Europa League final. Serie A clubs do not spend a lot of money on squad formation. If a team like Roma had spent enough money, I think their performance would have been stronger.
