In the world of education it is not obligatory to teach things like this to students because they have their own curriculum in teaching, but in my opinion a teacher also needs to introduce investments outside of daily study hours to their students. This will foster self-confidence for them in facing life's challenges which are increasingly difficult to get a job after they graduate from education. However, this must be done on an ongoing basis so that they can be consistent in continuing to invest even if they use smaller capital.
If the teacher is able to teach them consistently and also impart knowledge about the risks that will occur, then I'm sure their knowledge of investing will develop in the future. But if it only stops at the prizes given, then teachers will fail to educate their students in investing in bitcoin and crypto in general.
It's not possible for teachers to teach extra things outside of the official curriculum as long as the management doesn't allow them or gives them a heads up because that is not how a school or an institute work, teachers are not that much independent to implement or teach things from their own side only because they find them beneficial for the students. So if something like that is to be done, it can only be done by the heads of the institute.
A time will come when things like these will be included in the curriculums of schools and higher educational institutions because the world will understand that children will need to start learning the basics of these things from their initial education period so that they don't face problems later on.
