Mate, it is still early to be sure of anything about Tuchel in fact. Because he arrived at Bayern Munich quite late in the season. Nobody was able to understand why Bayern Munich were doing with this action in the middle of important tournaments. Kahn and Salihamidzic got sacked for this reason most probably. Because it was a really huge risk to take there.
Of course they still won the Bundesliga title but it was so lucky for them that Dortmund threw away their chance just like that. I don't blame Tuchel for these runs in the Bundesliga and Champions League both. He didn't have much time to do really nice things. But in the upcoming season he will have nothing more than time to execute the plans in his mind.
I believe Tuchel is a really decent manager also. But let's say he still couldn't manage to have a good chemistry with the players then I would understand if Bayern Munich decide to sack him too.
