I think there is no conflict between Chelsea players and it seems this is because they change coaches too often in one season. If only Chelsea's management was better at making decisions, things like this might not have happened, but since the change of owner, it has begun to appear that Chelsea will not be the way it used to be. There was a conflict in the past between players. Potter coached Chelsea and some players either supported or opposed his decision to change the strategy regularly.. I remember that even some news was also proclaimed it.
Since, some of players are pros and cons with potter even lampard and there was no chemistry being made by the players. I could see it from how worst the performance from chelsea.
It was unable making goal and many more. Chelsea failed to integrate with each other, proving their inability to reach their goal.. In my opinion if that has become the worst performance from chelsea in the two decades.
That's why chelsea was signing the new coach. Chelsea puts hope on him. The club is willing to go back again to the right track.
