Chelsea management should understand that changing coaches repeatedly will not solve their problems. Their problem is their players. There is no friendly relationship between the players. If the relationship between the players was better, Chelsea's performance would not have been so poor. As the Chelsea management has changed the coach again, the coach must be given full freedom in the coming season. If the coach is not given enough time and freedom by Chelsea management, their situation will not improve. Chelsea management should not interfere with any decision of the coach.
