David Raya (Brentford) who performed very well for Brentford since their promotion is reported to be close to agreeing to personal terms with Spurs ^[1] and is gonna be a long contract. However, discussion between the clubs is still yet to happen but fee of around 40m Euro is reported to be set by Brentford.

40M is decent with the way he played for Brentford but Spurs thinks it is too high. Possible that both clubs will negotiate and come to a fee where both agrees on. Even 35m Euro would be decent for both considering Raya has set his mind to move and has one year left on his contract.
