Arsenal have reportedly agreed personal terms with West Ham's Declan Rice over a move to Emirates.According to reports,the player has turned down an offer from Bayern Munich to stay in North London and possibly make a switch to emirate stadium.Arsenal are set to make an official bid for the player this week and will finalise the deal by the end of the week.

It will be very interesting to see Declan in an Arsenal jessey next season,and with the experience he has,he will be a very good addition to the young Arsenal side.
