at the end, people stop gambling no matter what! because it ruins the financial health of a person
Not everyone have a bad ending with gambling so we may not need to generalise the effects of gambling on individual and as a matter to take note is the place of discipline and luck, these two things contribute a lot to the future reality of the gamblers, but once a gambler has luck and combined with discipline it will become easy to withdraw from gambling or only do it for fun and being able to walk away when the stride is no longer in your favour.
   -  What you mentioned is true, but most of the casino gamblers end up losing whether it is online or not. But for those gamblers who know they are not lucky, they should learn to stop and come back after a few days.

Because if they don't stop, the cost of their defeat will only increase, so it's really important to have self-control and self-discipline in this matter. I hope all gamblers can implement this for real. As for the latter they don't always blame themselves.
stopping for a while and then continuing later is one of the tricks that professional gamblers use (even when at the dinner table we have to use tricks to eat or drink especially when gambling), without a trick a gambler will only end up running out of capital.  the thing that is no less important and must be noticed is that self discipline and self control (as you mentioned above) are very important things in gambling without those two things a gambler is likened go off to the battlefield without armor and weapons.
Gambling—online or old school—demands serious self-checks. Few are born with that self-control superpower. Trust me, I've been there! Overhyping "luck" in these guessing games? Nah, it's about crunching the odds. The real talent? Being a stats whiz and placing bets on that—not some wild gut feeling. Discipline? You betcha. But add smart money management to the mix. Knowing when to bet and when to bounce can turn a total flop into a jackpot!
