Introducing bitcoin to a relative or family member is an effective way to make bitcoin more popular. But we also need to keep in mind that giving investment advice to others is a very risky decision, and it can do us more harm than good as we think. Investing in bitcoin carries a lot of risk due to its volatility, so when sharing bitcoin with loved ones, we need to be clear about its risks and emphasize each person's responsibility when investing. We should not blame or blame each other if something unexpected happens. I'm so afraid of that, so often I don't want to give advice to anyone, not even my loved ones.
If we are talking about friends or relatives, then I agree with you, this is a thankless task, since much will depend on them, how they will be able to implement the knowledge that they receive. But if we are talking about a family, then I think that we should try to explain to our wives what bitcoin is and why we invest in it, it will be useful for them to know this and be able to use it if necessary.

If talking about a small family, the closest people, like the wife and children, are different. Not only did I tell my wife everything about bitcoin, but I gave her all the seed phrases and private keys for her to hold because I believe women are far more careful than we are. But unfortunately, she is not too excited about bitcoin, she finds it quite complicated and thinks it is not right for her. I also don't want to force her, but I will always be willing to teach her everything again if one day she changes her mind.
