The players who joined PSG this season were usually choosing this team over other teams just because of earning more money there and nothing else, the reason for Messi left Barcelona was just because of the financial situation in Barcelona they couldn't supply the salary he needs that's why he joined PSG, you can't expect to see more from players where they give money more priority than other things.
Let's think in reality how is it possible for top players to play with high performance but with unclear salaries or even wages in debt.
I think it's only natural that Messi chose to leave Barcelona for a bigger salary because who wants to work hard as a top football player with a salary that doesn't match.

I think its just a rumor at this point i agree with you i think he should retire at barcelona but unfortunatly he still want to play football and i don't think he is considering retirement so there is a high chance he will make it back to barca when he's ready to kick the bucket i think one of the main reasons he chose miami is because of barcelona financial situation and they can't afford him.
