Bernardo Silva and Ilkay Gundogan are rumored to be leaving Manchester City soon. I know they have been important players in the Manchester City squad in recent seasons, so I think Manchester City will have a very hard time finding replacements for both of them if both players leave this season.
Gundogan has been linked with move to Barcelona, then Silva will go to PSG. If these reports are true, then of course Manchester City are in big trouble especially about finding the right replacement.
Both players have been pivotal to the club's success in recent years. Bernardo Silva in particular reminds me of David Silva. It would be difficult to find quality replacements for both but I do thing City will thrive in the midst of this. Gundogan will most likely be the one to leave and I read that he is rumoured to be linked with some Saudi clubs and we all know how it happens with players that are tempted by Saudi clubs, they end up living. Following their treble-winning success in the just concluded season, I feel like both of them might leave as they have gotten the highest possible achievement in club football.
And oh, It would take a while to get good replacements but Guardiola has his ways. He's currently in the market for new midfielders.
