After such a terrible season it will be difficult to get the Chelsea players back into confidence. Also perhaps Chelsea management is not friendly enough. Because Chelsea's performance started to deteriorate after the management change. Chelsea management has changed coaches. They have hired experienced coaches. But they really need to add more experienced players to the team. Chelsea's team will not be strong if they do not add experienced players to the team. There are now many teams in the Premier League that are richer and stronger than Chelsea. And so Chelsea management has to spend a lot of money to build a strong squad.
