What you're saying is not entirely impossible mate because as long as Casimero will stay active and have successive fights, soon enough, his ranking will surely increase and most probably will earn himself a big fight someday. There are some boxers who are way ahead of Casimero and are much rightful to be named as one of the contenders of the vacated belt, considering that Inoue lost the fight and the belts is now vacated by Fulton. But just like what is happening in other divisions, an Inoue vs Casimero might take place although it's not that guaranteed because of the reason that I've mentioned but Top Rank might select Casimero during the process while it's not that risky for their boxer compared to when Inoue is the champion.
i don't understand why people are shoving the idea that casimero will face inoue that fast, even if inoue will lose to fulton. still a long way to go to face inoue. and if inoue wins, such fight will still be a long journey to make.
