I think PSG will be happy letting him go as much as Manchester United will be seeing Harry Maguire leaving them. Or maybe less for Neymar. The fact a player getting many injuries will reduce his playing time and will make it harder to sign him from PSG since there is high risk of injuries..
Neymar is still having remaining time in its contract. PSG was asking a huge fees for him. The chance for neymar to leave from the club is far bigger compared with meguire. United wants to sell meguire from there but he prefers to stay even longer in the manchester united. As you can see that if you can't force player to leave from the club without terminating him. I think that the chance for meguire to leave from the club is pretty small compared with neymar at this moment.
