actually considered as new representative because he isn't the regular rep that we manage to talk with for years and does not the one who created this ANN thread .
He is not the new representative because he is in charge on marketing here in the forum while the original representative to handle the ANN thread is still active and randomly opening his account if there’s a concern regarding the Duelbits here in the forum. All concerns is still address to the OP of this threas while marketing concerns is to the marketing reps.
The OP was active few days back only and has also responded to one or the scam accusations thread on 2nd June so they are dealing with the related matters only and not participate in causal conversations in this thread.So you are right they are from team who respond to any issue or accusations against them or say any big update to share here on forum.
That’s nice to hear but that has not always been the case. There have been weeks where OP would not log in and respond to any issue or accusation. All issues eventually got resolved, which is good. When you have an issue and livechat doesn’t answer anymore, a last resort could be to contact Hhampuz as he has a good contact with the team and os really active.
Hhampuz always stands there when needed and actually even if we are not calling Him about issues and cases ? as long as He is the one involved in advertising ? surely he will act accordingly because His reputation is also at stakes not unless he did not come towards that topic then yes lets call Him in PM.
for how many times that we have seen him directly contacting the team for whatever needed for response , and sometimes? the case is resolved without answering in the said thread because of fast action from the team and manager.
