Sadly after right-clicking on the .conf file there was no option to edit anything
Right click on file / edit.
or use http://www.pcworld.com/article/2048848/notepad-offers-portable-notepad-features-for-programmers.html
or change extension from bat/conf to txt
I still don't see a .bat file either

It is name TheKeVKiCksASS.bat
