I have never seen that characteristics in this project because far back 2013 to 2017, I believe there were projects that had all the qualities listed above but almost about 40 percent of them never succeeded why? Not because they didn't had a solid foundation, team members, project aims, with a good roadmaps and whitepapers yet they failed.

Lemme not capitalized on the fact that some of them never became successful, but the ideology here is you never can tell the successful one because there are lot of them that promises all forms of prospect and concepts without fulfilling them. Few managed to launched at their preliminary stage but were blown away by the common breez of the bear market. To all you have narrated here the probability of it is just either the project succeed or fail.
