Thought this would have a court day after being sued, otherwise looks like Binance isn't ready to dance to SECs tune and this is commendable tbh,  but does the USA have exchanges ready to operate under the conditions they are putting on the table I highly doubt it,  with this am really starting to think Bitcoin is better off unregulated for it to reach the masses.
