There has to be a team that really wants him first but it's speculation around Newcastle and even Arab teams that want him to still be around now so this is still a possibility.
Now there is another speculation after Al Hilal failed with Messi they changed course with Neymar now. there is even news that they are ready to pour out big funds and lure Neymar with a salary equal to Ronaldo.
If these rumors are true I feel very sure that he will leave very big, as you said Neymar will not get comfort at PSG with all kinds of conflicts that exist with officials and fans. but if indeed this is just a rumor that is exaggerated I think he will stay for one more season with a definite insult because leaving there must also be a club to go to.
Even everything is possible with any player can go for the offer like Ronaldo have from Saudi League but for me Neymar is relatively young and have good future here in European clubs so most chances he will try to have few more seasons here with few clubs are already chasing him like Manchester United, Newcastle United and Chelsea but what he is thinking no one sure about this with after fail negotiations with Messi Al-Hilal is also looking for big star which give them good increase in fanbase and also increase their worth they are already in talk with Neymar which is surely interesting but after news of Mbappé exit from PSG it's going to be tricky because if Mbappé leaves immediately then surely PSG needs to have a big star and Neymar surely can fill this place now things gone for positive updates we have to wait for the few more weeks all will be clear about this.
As talented as Neymar is, personally I don't think Neymar is a good fit for any Premier League team. Neymar's fitness is very poor. And because of poor fitness, PSG management is not interested in keeping Neymar in the team anymore. While Neymar's performance is very good, he is on the bench for half of the season due to injury. The Premier League is very competitive. And the gameplay of every Premier League team is very fast. Neymar cannot maintain his fitness in a less competitive league like Ligue 1. How does he keep fit in the Premier League? Manchester United are rumored to be interested in signing Neymar. But I don't think United management will take such a stupid decision.
