I know everyone has played gambling and have experience the losses and the winnings. Some may have won life changing money from gambling while other may have lost their life savings through gambling.
It will be nice if everyone can tell if the gambling has been lucky for them or the gambling have made their life even more miserable than before ?
People come in gambling having big dreams, have you seen your dreams full filled or you have face the biggest nightmare of your life ?
Like many things in life, moderation is key to maximizing enjoyment from it. I play poker every so often and realize that while it is possible to grind a profit from it, you have to be razor sharp and there are probably people out there with more patience / time / skill than you to maximize profit, so I promptly move on usually after losing $20 after a day or two of low blind tables - only to give it another try a year later. Some people might be able to master this game (or others where an edge is possible) to squeeze a regular profit and turn it into a career, but very few succeed.
