Currently many coins already offer staking and for me this will also help us to be able to get profits later, and better when compared to investing long-term, especially the declining market conditions so staking is the main choice even though I used to invest long-term if the market was declining but with staking then this will be more interesting for us to try, And I'm sure it will be more profitable even if there are some rules applied but trying is a very important thing.
Placing our assets in staking on one of the exchanges that we trust might indeed be able to bring a pretty good profit. But of course we also have to take into account the price reduction that occurs in the coin that we are staking. Sometimes the percentage of profit cannot cover the amount of price reduction that occurs in the coins that we are staking. if it's about bitcoin or ethereum then maybe it will be ok. But for other altcoins that are even new it is better to avoid it. as many have experienced declines of more than 90% in even one year. imagine if we only take about 50% of staking profits per year but the coin itself has decreased by about 90% then we still lose 40%. And Staking means that assets are not in our control because we have entrusted them in the hands of other people, namely the Exchange. and that's the biggest risk.
