I don't agree that Tuchel needs time. I don't think he'll do anything spectacular in Bayern Munich even if he's given the time. Tuchel has never made a solid impact in any club he has managed and they have not been small clubs. He might win the league at Bayern, but that's just about all of it. He was able to win the champions league with Chelsea, which is pretty impressive but he was stick sacked by the club. He lacks consistency. He performs well in a short term but when you think about the long term, he is not good enough.
He might prove me wrong and do well in Bayern Munich, but I believe he will be sacked next season.
In any case, I think there is some difference when a coach comes to the team during the season and he has to work with the material and with the tactics and style of play that was played before. Therefore, it is still not worth jumping to conclusions and it is worth giving Tuchel the opportunity to try to change the style of play of Bayern Munich to suit his own vision.
