The thing with Casimero is not he is not backing down to any challenge. Although right now he seems to be on the way to maybe a crack on a belt in any organization at the super bantamweight, any of those current champions right now. But we love to see him and Inoue getting into the ring, at least for the belt so that we can see how good Inoue is.
He doesn't know how to back down but all he needs is an opportunity to fight for the championship. However, since boxing is a business, it won't be easy for him to achieve that. Inoue is focused on winning the championship in this fight, so it might be tough for Casimero. Inoue may not agree to arrange a fight with him, especially if the rumors are true that he is avoiding Casimero, who has the potential to jeopardize his career.

Of course, Casimero is not backing down to a title fight since it is everybody's dream to become world champions (except maybe for Tank Davis and Ryan Garcia Cheesy). Although I doubt Casimero is not backing down from a challenge that would be too risky, especially from someone below his ranking. I saw a post last week about a contender challenging him and it seems ignored.

Anyways, I would love to see Casimero get his 4th division title. Imagine if Casimero will be the one facing Inoue for the undisputed belts next year? Inoue is favored to win over Fulton and Tapales is in waiting mode after getting the approval to face the winner for the undisputed belts. Inoue's footwork and hand speed will be too quick and fast but maybe a single power shot from Casimero will change the fight.

Yeah, although Inoue has good hand speed and power, but we can't discount the fact that Casimero too has power in his punch. And it's deceiving, when he fought Tete we thought that there is no power when it hit Tete, but the legs of Tete is gone and we didn't see how fast it is. We just have to look at the replay and how that left hook touch Tete at the corner of his temple and that's it.

So still a very good fight for Inoue at super bantamweight and hopefully we can see this fight happening next year at least. And it might be good if Casimero will be the challenger, so that he will be extra motivated to pull an upset win.
