Looking at the problem from the OP, I think it is not something that appears on a large scale, I understand that real estate is always the main thing because it is associated with people's lives. The way I look at the past to the present and the future, trying to keep personal things over time seems to be a mistake, can we confidently think that people will live together? Peace forever, the rivalry that invades through the different eras is a prime example of my thinking about this thing but then it was taken away.
