Even manchester city and chelsea have been rumored interested to sign him. I hope that city will try to buy him from westham. He is a valuable player for the future.
Last time I checked, City were advanced in Kovacic to City while Chelsea have been busy selling players and negotiating about their price tags. City might go for him but Chelsea in current situation, I don't think so.
He will able to become a replacement for gundogan once he leaves from manchester city. City will able to give what westham wanted easily.
