BNB has returned to rise and it is possible that if Bitcoin is able to go to $ 30k then BNB can go to $ 300 easily,
right now Binance is being sued by the SEC but CZ and the Binance team are struggling to fight,
and I am sure the price of BNB will not go to zero and Binance will not going bankrupt.
Binance has many other problems besides the SEC. After Binance failed to obtain a license in the Netherlands, the French prosecutor's office launched an investigation against the exchange on suspicion of money laundering. So such news cannot stimulate purchases and, accordingly, the increase in the price of BNB.
