Pep Guardiola and Manchester City had all of the potentials to win the Champions League, but, I'm just a biased Manchester United fan when it comes to this aspect, and due to sentimental reasons, I just don't want to see Manchester City win the Champions League once again next season, it should rather go to the Italians thna return to Manchester City. Lolz.
The Qataris are currently leading the race to buy Manchester United, but it seems like glazers are still sending messages to the other parties to increase them bid if they're to beat them. Erik Ten Hag's a great coach, with the support of the Qataris, he'll get quality players, capable of fighting for Manchester United.
We'll see bout the gunner's, I do not undermine them. But same squad used fir the Premier League can't be used for the Champions League. They're to make sure they get quality players for depth also.
To be honest, I'm not a City fan. but I really admire Pep Guardiola. to be honest, what City showed, especially against Madrid, is very worthy of appreciation and they really played very well. next season, Manchester City will still be a strong candidate even though several of their players will leave. because I'm pretty sure, Pep will bring in some of their potential replacements. I see that Pep Guadiola is building his legacy at Manchester City with the same style and character as when he was with Barcelona.
IMO, I'm pretty sure that in the end Manchester United will be released to the Qatari side. because, the Glazers are well aware that the 5th bit that Qatar offers is the final stage. and if, Glazer still rejects it. that means, there will be a political role that contributes to the acquisition of Manchester United. anyway, this is just based on my personal point of view. one more thing, I'm not a fan of The Red Devils. however, I like what Ten Hag did. he is a coach who can bring Manchester United even better, especially if he is financially supported to bring in the players he wants. and I'm sure United will be a strong contender in both the Premier League and the Champions League. only one thing is lacking, United's players don't have a proven mentality yet.
For the Gunners, this one team is my favorite since the time of Arsene Wenger and its legacy is still being run by the club. now, Arteta has a much tougher task than last season. that's why, he brought in several new arrivals to add depth to his squad. Overall, I am a connoisseur of football. because of that, I have no sentimental towards any team. if it's good I have to say good, if it's bad, I have to say bad, it's that simple.
It seems that the conditions will not change, especially now that they have a new nickname for next season. The defending champion is definitely something that will definitely continue to be mentioned when discussing Manchester City in the Champions League and this will also make them even more eye-catching and will definitely become one of the clubs that are indeed the favorites in this competition.
As for Pep, even though I'm also not a Manchester City fan in this regard, he really deserves credit and he is now one of the coaches who are above average in terms of level or qualifications.
His cold hands can always make a club scary and not only talking about Manchester City but the previous clubs he coached are also scary if we look further.
Now we just have to see what moves they make in transfers to make their club even scarier next season, and of course the more exciting Champions League hopes are definitely there for next season. There are a lot of new powers now and when we see even this season for the EPL clubs their 3 representative clubs this season is different from last season and of course this will be another hope for the Champions League to be more colorful and I can't wait for that.
