^ Dwight Howard said he would love to come off the bench for the Kings and help them win. I think on a good contract he’s probably a nice addition to the team. The Kings to me seem like they’re being well coached these days but their roster definitely leaves room for improvement. They’re just never able to lure free agents to Sacramento.
Oh yeah, I'll take Dwight Howard 100 percent for defensive purposes. He knows how to screen an roll too so Fox will be given a lot of space for his perimeter shots. Sabonis just needs that little window of time just so he won't be fouled out every single damn day. 
Oh! and he might learn some things with Dwight around, in practice games. Well, it's official.

In my opinion, he got lucky. Many outlets spoke of a much higher punishment, even up to 1 season. The number which circulated the most was 30 games. So now it's "just" 25 games, seems like a good deal for him.
If he will learn something from the whole situation is a different story, der Grizzlies can only hope he does.
This will definitely harm Memphis to play without him in the first 30% of the season, at least they don't have to pay him for that time I guess.
Indeed a good deal for Ja, if this is another player, let's say a bench player, then he is gone. But Morant is a star and one of the reasons why Memphis is watching the Grizzlies' game. Ka-ching!
