But in reality if i am not doing anything illegal I don't think I have anything to worry about regulators having access to my document after all those documents are issued for days like that when I need to prove my identity.
The only time I will have something to worry about is when gambling is banned in my country, only then I can worry for my safety to becoming careful with my documents, but if that is, not the case then I don't have any issues with the safety of those data as against regulators access.

Yes I agree with you. That if don't have legal problems, don't need to be afraid if our activities are discovered through KYC regulations. However, it is possible that our kyc is broken into by a hacker and the data is misused.

In my country gambling is an illegal activity. so maybe it's better to play at a casino that doesn't require kyc. Until now, I haven't had any problems with the KYC that I entered into the casino. Hope that's fine, no one wants their private documents to be misused
