I think the thing that makes someone still poor is that he doesn't have a clear vision about money, he thinks that money is a normal thing and is not his target or hope, when he gets a lot of money it will be easy to spend it according to his pleasure, he always thinks that tomorrow there will be the same money.
The main thing I understand is that if someone is able to put in the right effort in the right place then he will get his fair value. But those who do not get the opportunity to do that work are basically the ones who cannot change their position. However, in some cases, efforts to eradicate poverty have not been successful. I have seen some people who were able to change their situation in a short period of time due to good luck. Again there were many people who tried and worked hard but they could not succeed. I think there is no way for hard work in eradicating poverty.
