True, that makes sense if madrid is not willing to buy him with non sense price from PSG. PSG will be losing a lot of money. I think that real madrid has found a good replacement for benzema. People shall not think mbappe will be going to the real madrid caused by it will not happen.

As far as I remember a year or so ago(when Mbappe interrupted what seemed to be a done deal) Perez said they wanted him for free, they weren't going to pay for it. In that case they will have a chance to do it in a year when Mbappe's contract with PSG expires. But I'm not sure he'll fit into Real's squad now...
