Hey guys, from the 28th of June, every Wednesday I am going to be holding a Bitcoin meetup in Sydney.

It will be a fun, social event but we will also be there to do P2P trading. It will be an open marketplace where attendees can buy and sell crypto with whatever they want.

Its a good event if you want to buy and sell bitcoin with cash, precious metals or other items. But It's also a good way of meeting people in the community who could befriend and build a potential trading relationship with. Feel free to negotiate and try and make a profit - consider it an exchange but in real life.

Everyone in the community is waiting for adoption to happen which will be the day you are able to buy and sell good and services with crypto. But this dynamic already exists, you just need to link up with the right people. If you know enough people in the P2P trading community weather online or in real life, there's no need to be completely beholden to centralized exchanges. Adoption starts with you and your social network.
