I think that MU has become a victim of the owner itself. I have known glazer family as the most incompetent owner. Jassim's offer was very good but glazer seems not even willing to sell the club.
I hope that the process can be finished as soon as possible to make sure manchester united will be able to get exact amounts of money that can be spent in the summer transfer season.
From the point of view of the fans, the Glazers are bad owners, but from the point of view of business, they are doing great: they can sell the club several times more than the amount for which they bought it. I don’t know if they will sell it or not (I still think they will), but they are definitely in the profits, even though it was a lost decade for United.
