Are you guys from Haiti or something? I just can't relate to this level paranoia. I understand I never told people about bitcoin when I was living in Mexico or even in South east asia, but this is in down town Sydney. Is this normal in America? Is it so dangerous you need to communicate to other bitcoiners by blinking?
This is in part why I want to make this group. People have this stigma that if they are found out as a bitcoiner they are going to end up in a dungeon somewhere being tortured for their seed phrase. Its wildly paranoid. I have trading partners in Nigeria, China, India and the Middle east. I can say that after 100s of P2P trades I have never been successfully scammed. Frankly if you get scammed its your fault, you should build up your street smarts.
Also if your going to get scammed, its going to happen online, not in real life with other people there. You hand a guy cash, he sends crypto to your wallet on his phone and there are witnesses all around. It literally should only take a couple of minutes.
I'm sorry I can't help but clown on you guys. I feel like none of you have ever left your homes. If it's so dangerous to go outside and trade bitcoin because someone will rob you at gun point, the area you live in is just too dangerous to live in full stop and you have bigger problems.
